Pearson briefed us to take the style from the first edition and create a new visual identity which maintained continuity with the old but was fresh and inviting at the same time. Page production followed for the six available levels of the coursebook. At a later date, a new literature section was commissioned and we were given free reign (within reason!) to source imagery and suggest composition – a hugely enjoyable process which is reflected on the page.
